Certified Lean Program |
The “Certified Lean” Program is built on a series of learning and application activities. The application activities are used to demonstrate a specific capability. “Certified Lean” programs can be customized and enhanced to meet the specific needs of an individual client. All “Certified Lean” programs meet the following minimum standards.
Level 1 certifications, sometimes referred to as yellow belts or bronze level, require the learner to complete a prescribe curriculum (typically a basic level of understand). Level 1 requires the learner to:
